Young talent pens deal.

Striker Ebey Marango has signed a one year deal with the club.

The 19 year old former Cardiff City Scholar pushed his way into the first team squad at the back end of last year, emerging from the clubs apprentice system who combine work, academic studies and football training every day at St Neots Town.

David Batch said, 'Ebey has pace and talent and with direction could develop into a good player.

Now he has committed to the club we can commit to his development and create a pathway for him which we hope he will exploit',

'It is rare for young players to get their break and consistently set things alight, so we must ensure continual progression and give him those chances'.

One year ago today we added a counter clock to register each and every visitor to our web site.

We are pleased to announce that we have averaged 6,206 visitors each and every day since.

An outstanding achievement for any website, least of all a Non league football club.

Are we the most viewed non league football website in the country?

I would not bet against it.

A fantastic achievement.

The final instalment of 2014/2015 - All SNTTV Goals - As shown at the Saints presentation evening.

It has been yet another memorable season and another roller coaster ride that saw SNTTV capture some terrific goals including Drew Roberts quickest ever SNTTV goal against Burnham, 26 SECONDS!

Oh and that penalty in the play off final v Truro if you really want to see it!

More quality added

Bury Town player of the year Conor Hall has agreed personal terms and  will sign a two year playing contract with the Saints.

The highly rated 21 year old had been on the radar of many professional clubs over the last two years, with Cambridge United even announcing that they would be signing him two years ago.

Whilst injury scuppered that move, Conor still has the desire to progress into full time football and the Midfielder or Centre Back sees Saints as an ideal place to continue his development.

Manager David Batch said,

'A versatile, left footed, athletic player is another good addition to our squad and whilst Conor has proven his quality at this level before, he's still only 21 and I hope there is more to come',

Great to have you on board Connor.

The time has come to go back to tradition

Having re-branded the club badge and the club as a whole a few years ago it was felt and made clear to us at the time by the majority of supporters that the tradition and history of the club should always come first, unfortunately the process was too far advanced to re consider.

From that time we have always been very conscious of the fact that tradition is paramount to every football club.

With a new playing strip design being launched for all Academy, Scholarship and first team training kit we felt that this was the most palatable opportunity to fall back in line with tradition.

The first team playing kit style will continue for another season, allowing all of our other teams from the youth section the opportunity to gain an extra year out of the current playing strip.

We would like to apologise to all those who have purchased product over the last 2 years and we hope that by keeping the same playing kit for another season will allow that transition to go a little smoother.

Ollie Thorne agrees terms

We are pleased to announce the signing of marauding Midfielder Ollie Thorne from Hemel Hempsted.

Ollie started at MK Dons, where Martin Allen gave him a debut aged just 16 and had spells at Newport County and Rushden & Diamonds as a full time player. He also captained Forest Green Rovers in the Conference National.

Saints supporters will be familiar with Ollie, who had played for and had a previous loan spell with us.

Manager David Batch said;

'With a defined role to play, I am hoping that we will get the best out of Ollie and can maximise his attributes for the benefit of the team'.
